I am the Ladder to Heaven

If you are in the Faith, I must surely visit you. I can visit everyone in one hour. Go back to the Message titled: THE MYSTERY OF VISITING ANGELS…Anybody that comes into Bridal Faith for any other thing other than eternal life is an idolater.

Believe it if you can…
-Son of Man

From the Message: LO I AM WITH YOU ALWAYS vol 2.

Brethren, despise Me not for I am black. The crime of the black is always the same in every nation. A black man can never acknowledge anything good in a fellow black man. Every good thing has always been attributed to the white, everything evil attributed to the black. They are turning the record upside down.
Brethren accept me, I am a black man. I am your kinsman redeemer. The sun has acted on me well, well. Weather has acted on me VERY well. do NOT LOOK down on me because I am a black man. I am your messiah, I am the gate, I am the door, without me you are not making any headway.   –The Son of Man

Psalms 32 verse 1-11, “Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.
2.            Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile. When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.
3.            For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah.
4.            I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
5.            For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him. Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.
6.            I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye. Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.
7.            Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about. Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart. Amen. KJV
8.            Psalms 33 verse 1-22, “Rejoice in the LORD, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright. Praise the LORD with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings.
9.            Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise. For the word of the LORD is right; and all his works are done in truth. He loveth righteousness and judgment: the Earth is full of the goodness of the LORD. By the word of the LORD were the Heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.
10.         He gathereth the waters of the sea together as a heap: he layeth up the depth in storehouses. Let all the Earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.
11.         For he spoke, and it was done ; he commanded, and it stood fast. The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to naught: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect.
12.         The counsel of the LORD standeth forever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations. Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.
13.         The LORD looketh from Heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of men. From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the Earth.
14.         He fashioneth their hearts alike; he considereth all their works. There is no king saved by the multitude of a host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength.
15.         A horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength. Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;
16.         To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine. Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he is our help and our shield.
17.         For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name. Let thy mercy, O LORD, be upon us, according as we hope in thee.” KJV.
18.         Psalms 84 verse 1-12, KJV. “To the chief Musician upon Gittith, A Psalm for the sons of Korah. How amiable are thy tabernacles, O LORD of hosts! My soul longeth, yea even fainteth for the courts of the LORD: my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God.
19.         Yea, the sparrow hath found a house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God. Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be still praising thee. Selah.
20.         Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them. Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also filleth the pools.
21.         They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God. O LORD God of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob. Selah.
22.         Behold, O God our shield, and look upon the face of thine anointed. For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.
23.         For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.”
24.         Psalms 85 verse 1-13, KJV. “To the chief Musician, A Psalm for the sons of Korah. LORD, thou hast been favorable unto thy land: thou hast brought back the captivity of Jacob. Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people, thou hast covered all their sin. Selah.
25.         Thou hast taken away all thy wrath: thou hast turned thyself from the fierceness of thine anger.
26.         Turn us, O God of our salvation, and cause thine anger toward us to cease. Wilt thou be angry with us forever? wilt thou draw out thine anger to all generations?
27.         Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee? Show us thy mercy, O LORD, and grant us thy salvation.
28.         I will hear what God the LORD will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly.
29.         Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land.
30.         Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other. Truth shall spring out of the Earth; and righteousness shall look down from Heaven.
31.         Yea, the LORD shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase. Righteousness shall go before him; and shall set us in the way of his steps.” KJV.
32.         Play, play, play, play we have rolled into Paradise. Play, play, play, play as if we are just playing, as if we are just idling away our time, we have rolled into eternity ignorantly. I say, ignorantly!
33.         All the songs human beings have composed in the Name of Christ, all the prayers, all the expectations, all that the scriptures foretold, all of them are fulfilling in the Bride. The promised immortality belongs to us.
34.         Whatever eternal life looks like belongs to us. There is no mistake about it. I am sure and certain! Amen.
I am the Ladder
Look at what happened in the days of Jacob, Jacob was running away from his Brother Esau, let us look into book of Genesis chapter 28 verse 10 to 22: “And Jacob went out from Beer-sheba, and went toward Haran. And he lighted upon a certain place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was set; and he took of the stones of that place, and put them for his pillows, and lay down in that place to sleep.
2.            And he dreamed, and behold a Ladder set up on the Earth...”
3.            A Ladder set up, note it. And behold a Ladder…
4.            Verse 12, “He dreamed that he saw stairway reaching from Earth to Heaven...
5.            He saw what? He saw a stairway! A step leading from Earth to Heaven. A Ladder set up on the Earth, from Earth to Heaven!
6.            “...And he dreamed, and behold a Ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it.
7.            And, behold, the LORD stood above it...”
8.            Who stood above it? The Lord!
9.            And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed; And thy seed shall be as the dust of the Earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south: and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the Earth be blessed.
10.         And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of.
11.         And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, surely the LORD is in this place; and I knew it not. And he was afraid, and said, how dreadful is this place! This is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of Heaven.” KJV.
12.         This is no other thing but the house of God and the gate of Heaven.
13.         Verse 17, “He was afraid and said what a terrifying place this is, it must be the house of God, it must be the gate that opens into Heaven. Then Jacob woke up, "God lives here he exclaimed in terror, I have stumbled onto His home...”
14.         Jacob said, “I have stumbled!” in other words, God could live here on Earth! With a step, a staircase that carries Him from Earth to Heaven if there is Heaven above.
15.         Verse 10, “...Jacob left Beersheba and travelled toward Haran. At sundown he arrived at a good place to set up camp and stopped there for the night. Jacob found a stone for a pillow and lay down to sleep. As he slept, he dreamed that he saw stairway reaching from Earth to Heaven. And he saw the angels of God going up and down on it. At the top of the stairway stood the LORD, ‘I am Jehovah He said, the God of Abraham and of Isaac he said. The ground you are lying on is yours. I will give it to you and your descendants. For you will have descendant as many as dust...”
16.         Note it, the same promise that was given to Abraham.
17.          “...The ground you are lying on is yours. I will give it to you and your descendants. For you will have descendant as many as dust. They will cover the land from east to west and from north to south. All the nations of the Earth will be blessed through you and your descendants.
18.         What's more, I will be with you, and I will protect you wherever you go. I will someday bring you safely back to this land. I will be with you constantly until I have finished giving you everything I have promised.’ Then Jacob woke up, ‘God lives here he exclaimed in terror, I have stumbled into His home.’
19.         This is awesome entrance to Heaven. The next morning he got up very early. He took the stone he had used as a pillow and set it upright as a memorial pillar. Then he poured olive oil over it. He named the place Bethel—‘house of God.”  Good News Bible.
20.         I will not preach neither will I speak! I told you that Jehovah is the same yesterday, today and forever. I want to show you another scripture. Let Me reveal the Ladder more and more.
21.         Let us see Jacob’s encounter with the Ladder. However, take note that the Ladder takes people from Earth to glory. When you step your feet on that Ladder or Staircase, you will land in glory.
22.         He that is standing on top of the Ladder or the Staircase, whatever you may call it, said His Name is Jehovah. Thus, people will make it. Who will make it? The elect! God has given us a very nice Ladder. The Ladder is this Bridal Faith!
23.         The Son of Man has made the impossible system to be possible. For He is the One Christ of our own day that has delivered us from the curse of the impossible system. Is that not right? The book of Peter said, “He has delivered us from the impossible road to Heaven.”
24.         That is the book of first Peter: “Christ Himself has delivered us from this impossible road to Heaven.”
25.         thus, in the Son of Man, Heaven is made possible. Not only possible, the Son of Man is the Ladder, The link between Heaven and Earth! The link between Jehovah.
26.         Look at the SUPERNATURAL PHOTOGRAPHS! the son of man is The link between you and the Great Personality in the whitest robe, The link between you and the Godhead, The link between Heaven and the Earth. The only person that will take you to the father for there is no way you can bypass Him and get to Heaven. Impossible!
27.         Being a human being like you, He placed Him before you as your living example, your guide, your leader, your instructor, your comforter; your all and all. He said, “Look up to Him. In Him is the Father revealed!” NOW WE KNOW THAT THE SON OF MAN AND THE FATHER ARE ONE.
28.         Genesis chapter 32 verse 22-32, KJV. “And He rose up that night” Who rose that night? Go ahead! “And he rose up that night, and took his two wives and his two women servants, and his eleven sons, and passed over the ford Jabbok. And he took them, and sent them over the brook, and sent over that he had. And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day...”
29.         And there, wrestled with who? A man! Brethren, I want you to read with understanding. Follow the Ladder! He discharged his family, made up of his two wives, two women servants and eleven children. He discharged them and then went aloof, isolated himself. There, he wrestled with a man!
30.         Where did this man come from? Who could be this man? The man he has been conversing with all along is now wrestling with him. Yes sir!
31.         “...And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day....”
32.         Brethren, it was a great wrestling. From night to the breaking of the day. It was not a short-term wrestling. It was operation the winner takes all, or you call it death in the cage. There was no referee, no umpire to decide the wrestling. It was a “free for all” wrestling. Man to man, whoever that wins, let him take the day. From night till morning!
33.          Verse 25, “...And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him...”
34.         As He (God, the Man) wrestled with Jacob, He touched Jacob’s thigh, created a little hollow, dislocated Jacob’s leg. Jacob remained limping. A sure sign that a supernatural man has touched him. He touched Jacob’s leg! When He noticed that He prevailed not, He then touched Jacob’s leg. It was a man-to-man fight, from night to morning!
35.         Is God a human being? Yes! Can God wrestle with a fellow human being? Yes! Jehovah is the Ladder, follow the Ladder to Heaven.
36.         Verse 26, “...And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh.  And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me...”
37.         thus, Jacob has now known the man! He has acknowledged superiority. He that will bless Jacob, of course, must be mightier than Jacob. by revelation Jacob knew the person that wrestled with him. I can now call it “love wrestling”. The idea was not to kill or to strangle or to frustrate, but it was to bless.
38.         The man bid Jacob in the morning to leave. Jacob said, “No, I will never permit you to go unless you bless me.”  Do you catch the revelation?
39.         Jacob was the wisest man I have ever come across recognizing that he was wrestling with the Author of Blessings.
40.         Jacob said, “How can I permit this man to go when He has not blessed me?” Do you have the revelation? The Ladder can even come to your house and go without you asking for anything. When the Ladder came to their people in their own day, that was Jesus the Christ; He was the Ladder of that day. He was the one that was even commanding the people to ask.
41.         He said, “Hitherto have you not asked anything. Ask that it shall be given to you, that your joy might be complete.”
42.         This time around, nobody commanded Jacob of what to do. Jacob said, “This is early hours of the morning, you will never go my Lord; you must surely bless me then you can go.”
43.          “...And he said, let me go, for the day breaketh.  And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me...”
44.         He said it by revelation, by faith for faith is revelation. I want somebody to develop such a faith now. He  never wanted to end it with wrestling with Him overnight, “No, no, no, you cannot go like that! I have never seen a man like this. You must bless me.
45.         “...And he said unto him, what is thy name?  And he said, Jacob...”
46.         Jacob asked, What is your name? Remember, Manoah asked this question: “What is your name?” He said, “Why asking about My Name, seeing I have kept it a secret?”
47.         Moses asked question, What is your Name that I may tell the people of Israel the Personality that spoke to me?” He said, “Go and tell them, I Am.” He said, “If I should tell them I am, anybody can say I am.” God said, “Go and tell them, The God of your father, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob,” finish! God said, “Go!”
48.         Is that a name? No! However, He has a Name!
49.         Now, look at another man Jacob, because of what happened between Jacob and the man, we are talking about the man. Not the woman! We are talking about the encounter between Jacob and the man. Jehovah is the man! We are not talking about another person but Jehovah, the Great Elohim, the King of kings and the Lord of lords; the Supreme Lawgiver, the Saviour, the Redeemer, the Righteous One. To others, He is invisible. To His own, He is visible!
50.         To many of you, President Goodluck Jonathan is still invisible. However, somebody is serving him tea. He is sleeping with somebody—a woman—every night. The children demand school fees from him every day. Somebody carries him in his vehicle. I mean, there is a family that hosts him every day. However, to majority of us in Nigeria, he remains invisible.
51.         I remember a big man here in Onitsha who has been making efforts to see somebody, not even a President, just to see a mere trustee chairman of a party.
52.         He said, “Sir, this man has remained invisible till today in spite of all my efforts!” However, look at the worst that happened. We almost got this man, only to be told to go back that we could not see him. Yet the man is having a driver, somebody is feeding him.
53.         What I am trying to say is that the river can be far from somebody but closer to somebody. There is somebody that deeps his leg into it every day. There are some that wash their hands inside that river. There are some that use cup to take the water and drink.
54.         I mean, we are talking about this God, the Supreme God, the God of the whole Universe, the Creator of Heaven and Earth, the Great Elohim that covers the whole world. That is the personality we are talking about!
55.         The man they are saying that no house built with hands can accommodate Him. Hence, He decided to live in the Heaven using the Earth as footstool. But the man wrestled with Jacob on Earth.
56.         To enable human beings see Him, He placed a staircase, a Ladder they will follow and get to Him at the top. What is more, the Ladder is no other person than the link between the Heaven and the Earth. THAT is the human veil!
57.         For that reason, He veiled Himself in a man so that in Him shall the Father be revealed. Elohim, the invisible God, was invisible to the world but visible to His own.
58.         No husband is invisible to his family. Jonathan cannot be invisible in his family. Do you understand what we are saying? Who are we testifying about? It is He that is revealed in the midst of the Bride.
59.         The ways of God are too high and they passeth all human understanding. Now I know that He revealeth Himself to whosoever He willeth.
60.         Look at Jacob, he had the first encounter, saw Him on the ladder and called that place the entrance to Heaven, the Home of God, meaning Bethel—House of God, Gate Of Paradise. And that is where you are.
61.         Thus, Heaven has gate and somebody must be in charge of that gate to open or to close it. The gate has a door or Heaven has a door. Jesus Christ said, “I am the door, by me you will enter. Nobody enters except by me.”
62.         I, THE SON OF MAN, APOSTLE PETER ODOEMENA, I am the door, I am the Ladder, I am the go-between (intermediary). Climb Me courageously AND you will see the father on top. Amen.

Genesis 32 verse 27, “And he said unto him, what is thy name?’ And he said, Jacob.   And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel:  for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed. And Jacob asked him, and said, Tell me, I pray thee, thy name.”
2.            Note, Jacob said, “Please, I am now pleading, tell me your Name!” Can you imagine, Jacob was enquiring about His Name; instead of supplying the answer, He asked Jacob, “What is your name? Since you want to know my Name, what is your name?” Jacob answered and said, “Jacob”, and He told him, “You will not answer Jacob again. From now your name shall be called Israel.”
3.            After saying all He said, Jacob still asked Him to tell him (Jacob) His Name, saying, “I plead with you, who are? What is your Name? If I should leave now to my wives, my children and tell them that I saw terror last night; who will I tell them that dislocated my leg? Will I tell them that I fell from the cliff? Am I a victim of accident? Or that I fought with somebody till daybreak and my leg was dislocated? Who will I tell my wives and children dislocated my leg?
4.            “...And Jacob asked him, and said; tell me, I pray thee, thy name.   And he said, wherefore is it that thou dost ask after my name?...
5.            Have you seen it? The man said, “Why is it that you are enquiring about My Name? Has the Name of God in your day been revealed? Yes sir! The revelation of the Name of God in all the ages—God has a dispensational revealed Name.
6.            If the Name of God is not revealed, you will not know. You will continue with the old title. The Name of God is revealed, Christ is revealed. How many know that the Son of Man is revealed?
7.            As it was in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah, so shall it be in the day when the Son of Man shall be revealed. No man knoweth the Father but the Son. No man knoweth the Son but the Father and whosoever the Son shall chose to reveal.
8.            You may meet Him on the way without knowing Him. You may eat and drink with Him, transact business with Him, yet, you do not know Him. They will point you to His residence: “This is where the man is living”; and you will say it is a lie. The highest you will call Him is a bad man or a good man. Finish! You will not know Him beyond that: either a bad man or a good man.
9.            You will be told that He is more than good; He is more than bad, look at what He is: Good and bad are in Him, Life and death are in Him also. Failure and success are in Him too. What is more, Night and day are in Him. He is the resurrection and the life.
10.         “…And he said, wherefore is it that thou dost ask after my name?  And he blessed him there...”
11.         And He did what? He blessed him there! Did He reveal His Name? He had already given him his Name on top of the Ladder. I am Jehovah! If we should go further, you will see where He made it clear, “To your fathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob I made Myself known as the Lord God Almighty. But by My Name Jehovah was I not known to them.”
12.         Let us continue moving. Yes, he named the place what? Peniel!
13.         “...And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel:  for I have seen God face to face...”
14.         Note, for I have done what? For I have seen God face to face! So, the man has become God. Can a human being see God face to face and still stay alive? Yes! The invisible God has become visible!
15.         The reason why I am giving you scriptures randomly is so that nobody can withstand you. You just knock him with the word, here; knock him there, knock him here until you knock him to the ground! God has been a man right from creation, in every generation God has always been a man.
16.         Apart from Adam, Abraham saw God as a man. He gave God gift and God blessed him. Isaac saw God face to face. Jacob saw God face to face. I mean, from Creation, Adam and Eve were fellowshipping with Him face to face, receiving direct instructions from Him.
17.         God has been a man right from Creation; in every generation, God has always been a man. Finish! That is what I am trying to establish. Let no man ever come to you saying that God is invisible. I have seen Him, you have seen Him. He that is talking to you is the one.
18.         When the blind man’s eyes were opened, he enquired about the person that opened his eyes. Christ said, “He that is standing before you is the One.” He bowed down, worshipped and followed him. To Philip he said, “How long will I be with you and yet you do not know Me?” For he was asking, “Show us the Father and that will be sufficient for us.”
19.         Jesus Christ said, “Philip, how long will I be with you and yet you do not know me?” Philip bowed down. He said, “Henceforth, you have seen Him and you have known Him.”
20.         To Thomas, the doubting one, He said, “If you have seen Me, you have seen My Father for I and My Father are One.” In Him is the Father revealed!
21.          “…And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel:  for I have seen God face to face, And my life is preserved...”
22.         And my life is what? Preserved! I have seen God face to face and my life is preserved.
23.         “…And as he passed over Penuel, the sun rose upon him, and he halted upon his thigh.  Therefore the children of Israel eat not of the sinew which shrank, which is upon the hollow of the thigh, unto this day:  because he touched the hollow of Jacob's thigh in the sinew that shrank.” KJV.
24.         That same night Jacob got up, took his two wives, his two concubines and his eleven children and crossed the River Jabbok. After he had led them across, he also sent across all that he owned but he stayed behind alone. Then a man came and wrestled with him.”
25.         Note it, then a man came and wrestled with him.
26.         “…Until just before day break. When the man saw that he was not winning the struggle, he struck Jacob on the hip and it was thrown out of joint. The man said, “Let me go, daylight is coming.”
27.         In the daybreak He said, “Let me go lest people will see me. It is my encounter with you alone. If I should overstay, people will see me in the morning hours. Let Me leave!” Jacob said, “I will never permit you to go.”
28.         “…I won’t, unless you bless me; Jacob answered. “What is your name? The man asked? “Jacob,” he answered. The man said, your name will no longer be Jacob, you have struggled with God and men
29.         You have struggled with what? God and men!
30.         “…And you have won. So, your name will be Israel. Jacob said, now, tell me your name. But he answered, “Why do you want to know My name?” Then, He blessed Jacob. Jacob said, I have seen God face to face and I am still alive.
31.         So, he named the place Peniel. The sun rose as Jacob was living Peniel, and he was limping because of his hip. Even today, the descendants of Israel do not eat the muscle which is on the hip joint, because it was on the muscle that Jacob was struck.” GNB.
32.         The descendants of Israel do not eat the muscle on the hip because of Jacob.
33.         But during the night Jacob got up and sent his two wives, two concubines, and eleven sons across the Jabbok River. After they were on the other side, he sent over all his possessions. This left Jacob all alone in the camp, and a man came and wrestled with him until dawn.”
34.         All the translations mentioned the person as “the man”. A man! Is God a human being? Yes! This has become a settled matter. If it is a stumbling block to you up till today, it is because you are not a part of God.
35.         When the man saw that he couldn't win the match, he struck Jacob's hip and knocked it out of joint at the socket. Then the man said, ‘Let me go, for it is dawn.’ But Jacob panted, ‘I will not let you go unless you bless me.’ ‘
36.         What is your name?’ the man asked. He replied, ‘Jacob.’ ‘Your name will no longer be Jacob,’ the man told him. ‘It is now Israel, because you have struggled with both God and men and have won.’ ‘What is your name?’ Jacob asked him. “No, you mustn’t ask,’ the man replied...”
37.         No! You must not ask.
38.         “…Then he blessed Jacob there. Jacob named the place Peniel--"face of God"--for he said, "I have seen God face to face.”
39.         I have seen God face to face.
40.         “…And yet my life has been spared." The sun rose as he left Peniel, and he was limping because of his hip. That is why even today the people of Israel don't eat meat from near the hip, in memory of what happened that night.” LB.
41.         By this, we have cancelled that error that has been lingering in the hearts of men that no eyes will see God and live; God is an unseen spirit that is not true!
42.         We go back to the Name of God as introduced to Jacob. In the same place where we read before, I want to repeat. Genesis 28 verse 10-22, LB.
43.          “Meanwhile, Jacob left Beersheba and traveled toward Haran. At sundown he arrived at a good place to set up camp and stopped there for the night. Jacob found a stone for a pillow and lay down to sleep.
44.         As he slept, he dreamed that he saw stairway reaching from Earth to Heaven. And he saw the angels of God going up and down on it. At the top of the stairway stood the LORD, "I am Jehovah He said, the God of Abraham and of Isaac he said...”
45.         I am what?
46.         "...I am Jehovah He said, the God of Abraham and of Isaac he said. The ground you are lying on is yours. I will give it to you and your descendants. For you will have descendant as many as dust. They will cover the land from east to west and from north to south.
47.         All the nations of the Earth will be blessed through you and your descendants. What's more, I will be with you, and I will protect you wherever you go. I will someday bring you safely back to this land. I will be with you constantly until I have finished giving you everything I have promised." Then Jacob woke up, "God lives here he exclaimed in terror, I have stumbled into His home...”
48.         I have stumbled into his home.
49.         “…This is awesome entrance to Heaven. The next morning he got up very early. He took the stone he had used as a pillow and set it upright as a memorial pillar. Then he poured olive oil over it. He named the place Bethel—meaning, "house of God...”
50.         Note, House of God, Household of God.
51.         “…He named the place Bethel—meaning, "house of God"--though the name of the nearby village was Luz.”
52.         Psalms 91 verse 14, KJV. “Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.” KJV.
53.         The LORD says, ‘Because he loves me, I will rescue him; I will make him great because he trust in my name.” LB.
54.         God said, I will save those who love Me and will protect those who acknowledge me as Lord.” GNB. Amen.
Get rid of Lazy Habit and making the right choice of life. Preached 2nd April 2006. “…Are you glorifying God for counting you worthy to be in this Faith? There is no Message in this Faith that can be shaken. Once you are excommunicated from this Faith, you are excommunicated from life.
2.            “…Teaching is life, when you receive sound teaching, you will have life. When you listen to what Churches are preaching, you will notice that Churches have raised more criminals than any other organization.
3.            Our enemies are trying seriously to find out the secret of our unity. Behind every bad advice to a Brother, there is a big name. The best environment for a student to learn is the school environment...”
4.            Everybody take note. If you are not involved, your children are involved. There is a reason why I decided to revisit this message so that parents will know where the problem of their children is coming from.
5.            Page 24 verse 11, “A lazy student claims he can do better at home than in the school. Na lie. When you come home, domestic activities are there. Your bad friends are around you, who will lure you out. Your TV is there, your video is there, your CD is there, your handset is there! All to distract your attention, plus your numerous girl friends who will come your way to take you away. You cannot do that (study).
6.            The best environment for a student to study and succeed is the school environment. You are there with your fellow students and you pair up with somebody who has the same ambition with you.
7.            Pair up with somebody that has the same vision with you. If you have a high ambition, pair up with somebody that has a high ambition. HOWEVER, if you Go the other way round, well, you have already incurred failure ignorantly.
8.            If you have a good ambition and pair up with people that have no ambition at all, automatically, your failure starts from there. For when you are not planning to succeed, you have already planned to fail. Finish! Every success has a plan; it is not picked along the way. That is why I believe in success plan.
9.            “...I know I am planting a seed which I will reap the fruit sometimes, someday. I believe that even if parents will deny me, these little children will not deny me, so I am leaving something for posterity. Something money cannot give to us. Something our parents couldn’t give us because they didn’t have it. Even till today, they are still suffering...”
10.          “Please, I want to go to the Message ‘Worry.’ If you don’t want worry, kill worry before worry will kill you. When you kill lazy habits, you have killed worry. When you kill lazy habits in your children, you have killed worry; for nothing worries the family more than having lazy children who can never do well in everything.
11.         If you have children in this Faith and they are not performing well, do you feel fine? Do you go to bed and sleep well?
12.          “If you do not remember anything, you ask yourself this question: if by tomorrow I am no more, who will replace me in this life; will it be these children I am looking at that look like goats, but with human being’s heads, he will begin to lose his breath.
13.         “…If you are not moving with time, you will be left behind. As long as God is alive, everything will be changing—politics, markets, climate, economy is changing.
14.         As cost of things are rising every day, is your income commensurate with the rise of cost of living? Or is your income fixed? Find out whether your income is traveling with time or fixed.
15.         Are you in the position to increase your own income so as to be in tune with the time?  Half-bread is permitted where there is no bread at all. But where there are assorted breads, half-bread is an abomination.” It is a quote!
16.         “…Do you know that ignorance is self-inflicted injury? It is self-inflicted injury!  People today behave like their fathers who made wrong, wrong choices of life; you know the life our fathers lived was a ‘question of choice,’ and where they introduced us was also a question of choice.”
17.          “…Now, you cannot begin to choose to do 419, unless you begin to see 419 people, the type of life they are living, the way they are enjoying it, how they are splashing money; once you are influenced by that, noble work becomes useless. Are you getting me? You will now decide to make 419 your choice.”
18.         “…If you are a woman that is having your eyes on wealthy people, you want already made, you don’t want to suffer. You want to ride every kind of car from your wedding day, you don’t care what the man is doing, all you want is money, that will determine the type of person you will be expecting to marry you, and until that person comes, you will be waiting. You can only change your mind if time runs out on you. It will then be after looking for where to rest your hand, you rest it on the knee.”
19.          “Already made husband seekers...” They do not want people they will train, they want finished work.
20.          “…Making the right choice out of life is all in your hands.  The Lord is not making the choice for you, He will only guide you, but the decision is yours. The Lord will guide you, the Lord will advise you, the Lord will talk to you, but the decision is yours...”
21.         Brethren, God is fulfilling something. He wants to achieve something. If you think you have escaped, you have not escaped. Re-examine your family, you will see that the thing is still holding you on your neck. You have not escaped until your family has been raised from “takers” to “givers”. Nobody is running a givers family in this Faith. You are all running “takers” families.
22.         “...Work is inescapable...”
23.         You cannot run away from it, you must work whether you believe it or not.
24.         “…Like a Brother told me that he has looked into our midst, that he has not seen a Sister that is wealthy. That he will like to marry a heathen who will support him financially. I said, ‘Fine! We don’t have wealthy Sisters. Okay, anywhere you see a wealthy woman according to your choice, go ahead, I won’t stop you, but let it be known to you, you will be a ‘perpetual slave’ in her hand.”
25.         “…Nobody walks by sight and makes a right choice. Mothers, take note. Pamper your children, but not to the point of allowing them to touch money. And if somebody dashes your child money and he doesn’t bring the money to you and he hides it somewhere; or you discover the money in his hand, you collect it from him and he begins to demonstrate against it, becomes angry; please listen to me, it is a dangerous spirit.”
26.         “…Let me tell you little children, it is a criminal act for you to demonstrate against the judgment of your parents against you...”
27.         It is what? A criminal act for you to demonstrate against the judgement of your parents against you. This is a top secret to regaining your children. There is a secret I want to give you now: If your child is being accused of anything, and you know, you are sure your child did not do it, do not defend your child in his presence.
28.         If you watch great men today, whatever they attain in life was attained between eighteen and forty nine, if from eighteen to forty nine, you attain nothing, forget about it, the night has fallen on you because you will be having occasional waist pain, your neck will be paining you, your legs will be shaking somehow...”
29.         This is a vindicated message. As at the time this message was preached, our Brother Victor Nnachor was still at the preparatory stage for his University Education. Is it not right? Today he is a graduate. This message was one of the messages that motivated all of them including My daughters Ijeoma and Onyedika.
30.         It was a challenging message to all of them that changed the visions of all the children. Before then, they were having their eyes on street trading. Some were having their eyes on establishing a little thing which they called GSM accessories. However, God said no, that it is a very low ambition.
31.         Now because they were able to grasp the message and then challenged themselves, others followed suit. Today, the talk in the Bride is now University Education. But before then, it was unknown. It was a very big hurdle. Nevertheless, they jumped the hurdle and paved the way.
32.         Gradually, the thing is deteriorating again. Some of our kids that are coming up now are coming up with very low ambitions. The females are busy beautifying their faces, changing their vision from academics to early marriage. Where are they having their eyes? Main market boys.
33.         Our boys in this Faith are no longer interested in improving their lot in education. Rather, everybody is eyeing Malaysia, Yugoslavia etc. South Africa is closed, Dubai is closed. If you go to Dubai, you must come back. You go to Malaysia, you must come back. Go there as a stark illiterate, you will come back also a bigger fool, a bigger illiterate! A decorated poor man!
34.         Yes! I am telling you the truth. Every mediocre is a decorated poor man. You had better accept this truth. The shortest cut to eradicate poverty and ignorance is education. Yes, the shortest cut to get rid of poverty and ignorance is education.
35.         I was going through a message titled “Unguided Moment in a Man’s Life and Greatness of Politeness.” God said, “Education must remain useful till eternity.” Anybody that is discouraging you from training your children is already helping you to become poor and to transfer poverty to your children along the line.
36.         Everything has time but education has no time. It has no age for it is a matter of challenging yourself. I remember that time God commanded all that never knew how to read and write to enlist into adult school. Some did it! Happy to announce to you that Pastor Thomas who started in elementary two, today, has written his West African Secondary School Certificate (WASSC) Examination.
37.         That is not all, many took off here in Onitsha, including Pastor Christian Dike, Brother Stephen and the rest. Along the way they dropped. They did not go beyond Primary Four.
38.         At Isi-Alangwa, Brother Okechukwu, John the Deacon, started from Primary one and today, he has written his School Certificate. What is the secret? Constancy and continuity, succeeding where others failed.
39.         Thus, do not make noise, do not use your work as excuse. It is not yet too late, you can make it. You know, it is a shameful thing for you to dress in suit and lack self-expression.
40.         A man that is gorgeously dressed like My mother was gorgeously dressed during that great occasion but could not read and write. The eyeglass could not cover her illiteracy. Her character must automatically betray her. Her dressing will also betray her because, when a stark illiterate dresses, he looks like a masquerade.
41.         Someone that dressed gorgeously intending to pride with it, if you look at him, he will look like a masquerade. If we keep quiet, he can use rug that is placed in the parlour to make suit. There was one that came one day that used “velveteen” of old tract we used to fold our cushions, he used it to make up and down suit. That is “Akwa oche”. He did not know that it is used for making chair. He was rejoicing.
42.         The other person used helmet on his head to make pride. He put on helmet and sat down in a wedding ceremony, waiting for us to call him to the high table. If you remove it, he would put it on again and ask, “Do you know how much I bought it? I bought it fifteen thousand Naira!”
43.         If you bought it fifteen thousand Naira, does that mean you should put on helmet and sit down in a wedding ceremony simply because it is expensive? If you remove it, he would hold it very tightly.
44.         Take note of this message. I enjoin families to revisit this message from time to time as we see our children coming up, for the young must surely grow. Thus, if you say you are above it, show us the evidence.
45.         If you are still what you were, or even worse, when this message was preached, what is the evidence that you have escaped it? If what you were when this message was preached is what you are till now, (seven years ago) or you are worse now, what is the evidence that you have grown above this message?
46.         You have not grown above the message; you have not grown above the message. If it is not touching you, it is touching somebody. Somebody is being saved from troubles through this message. Many people have been saved from impending troubles, while the plans of some people appeared to be shattered.
47.         There are some people this message is saving from trouble; there are some the message spoilt their plan. There are some that are confused now, “Who knows what they will say today? Instead of Him to look for another message He will preach, it is this one He came with. He has destroyed my plan now.”
48.         Where is that sister that was sitting there? I saw Sister Mary on that seat. Has she left? She should come back quickly and sit here. Anybody that is running away while this message is going on, that means the person is touched by the message. If you like, go anywhere you like, you must surely come back.
49.         There are many ways God talked to us. God talked to us in different ways. If there is nobody having this problem, God will not bring out this message. If there is no family with trouble, this message will not come out. If there is nobody that is having this problem: “How do I go about it? Is it to the right or to the left?” God has now told him, “Do not trouble yourself. Let Me pave the way for you.”
50.         This message is a liberation message that has come to liberate people. Help you out, and then help you to take the right decision for decision is the power of life. See these two young men, their problems are solved today and they are wishing that some other people would have been in the fellowship to hear what they heard.
51.         Brother Chibueze, you do not need to bother yourself again. God has answered your prayers. This man has changed position more than three times. Yes! You do not know the power that is in the Gospel until it has touched somebody who has need of it.

Get Rid Of Lazy Habit”, page 86 verse 3, “If you watch great men today, whatever they attain in life was attained between eighteen and forty nine years. If from eighteen to forty-nine years, you attain nothing, forget about it, night has fallen on you because you will be having occasional waist pain, your neck will be paining you, your legs will be shaking somehow.
2.          Look at Bro. Amobi, he is not up to fifty, but his legs have started complaining. Let me tell you, a man’s health gives him signs...”
3.            Note it, a man’s health gives him signs. My brethren, is it a lie? Look at Me, from time to time, My wife will make some comments about Me. I will tell her plainly, “Look woman, close your mouth. I am ageing every day. Do you know how old I am? I am on My way home. I know My weight, I know My strength. Do not ever expect Me to begin to play football in the field again or to run from GTC to Dennis Memorial Grammar School (DMGS) compound. That was before, it is no longer today.” What I am telling you is the truth.
4.            I was talking to our Sister Ozioma when she came to Me for advice. I said, “Look, don’t ever engage yourself in anything that will sap your little energy that God has just allowed to be there. After all, you are not training any infant again.”
5.            If there is one that has retired from Civil Service, it should be Sister Ozioma. The first person I have seen that retired without paying school fees again. She is not going to pay school fees for anybody again. Thus, she is retiring. That is real retirement.
6.            However, to avoid unnecessary weight gain by staying at home idle, find something that is very light that will take you out in the morning and bring you back in the evening. Otherwise, you will add unnecessary weight and die. Whether your children give you food or not, you are comfortable till the day God will call you home. Finish! However, it is very, very rare because of poor guidance, ignorance and lazy habits.
7.            A good number of us especially men, retired and began to pay school fees for infants in the primary school. Retirement money is old age allowance; it is not active money for the training of the children again because, nobody guided us.
8.            Even there are still some in our midst who are more than forty years yet, they have not married. They do not have retirement even at the back of their minds. Retirement does not mean retiring from the civil service. Even if you are just an independent man, you must surely retire! If age does not retire you, sickness will retire you.
9.            Thus, whatever you are doing, remember old age. What if you become very old before you marry? At sixty, you will be raising your first child in primary one. You become a babysitter, while your wife will become a hawker.
10.         Please, change your mind and vision to know whether we can stay a little before we die. Is there anything that kills somebody more than suffering at old age? If old age comes with suffering, what will follow suit is death.
11.         You have not known what we are saying until you look at your age coming up and you see your children, there is none of them that you can say, in the next three years one of them will be a graduate, all of them are still minors, minors, nursery, primary, secondary and you are clocking sixty to sixty-five years, will you join your life with something? You cannot escape.
12.         More so, when it starts giving you “get ready” signs like I am having it right now. I have started having “get ready” signs. I call it, My own packing sign.
13.         There is a disease that is called Parkinson. I like that name ‘Parkinson’. It parks somebody when Parkinson comes. Yes! My mother is suffering from Parkinson and the thing parked her in the bed. She will be doing some talking, talking, talking but no outing, no work. Only alive in the mouth. It is a disease called Parkinson.
14.         How many will like to suffer Parkinson before they marry? There is no sickness that frightens women more than Parkinson. Every woman is afraid of Parkinson. There is no woman that will like her husband to suffer Parkinson because, she knows what is there is too much. You will not die, you will not be alive. May God never allow us to suffer from the disease called Parkinson’s Disease.
15.         All the same, there is another disease called walkinson: Walk about, busy doing nothing. You will become a public entertainer. Where there is free drink, you will land there. Where there is free food, you will land there. Another one is called talkinson disease: You become master of the ceremony. Anywhere they are doing ceremony; you become the MC, the moderator. Talkinson disease!
16.         Thus, we have walkinson, talkinson and Parkinson. They are all dangerous and very delicate. If you see a man that is suffering from talkinson disease, he can stay on the street from morning till night.  Obey this message to avoid these three dangerous diseases.
17.         “…Let me tell you, a man’s health gives him signs. Don’t mind that I am strong by nature.”
18.         Do you mean it? Praise God! Brother Onyema Eze of Isuochi! This man is not in the fellowship! He is thinking of Parkinson. He turned his back to his wife and faced the window; he is not hearing what we are saying. He is thinking of Parkinson disease. My friend, you better pay attention before you will park.
19.         Brother Goddy, don’t ever remember Parkinson only, remember walkinson and talkinson. Walkinson and talkinson, they are also dangerous sicknesses. Remember the message we are considering, “Get Rid of Lazy Habits and Making the Right Choice of Life; preached on 2nd April 2006.” Over seven years ago.
20.         “…Nevertheless, there are certain things I am feeling in my body that I am nearing something and I have to alert my children. You make your hay while the sun shines because beyond fifty, I will be talking of resting.
21.         Thank you, I alerted them ahead of time. Now I am now working My life beyond fifty. By 27th December 2013, I will be 56 years old. I am going home gradually!
22.         “…So, when I am talking about choice of life, choice of life, I am not referring to myself, neither am I referring to Bishop Nnachor, or  Papa Nzegwu, no! Or Elder Mike never, never! Or Bro Ebenezer, we are on our way home.
23.         I am saying that the strength of the family is measured by the quality of the youths in that family. The strength of the nation is measured by the quality of the youths that make up that nation.”
24.          If you believe it say amen! It is not now that I am having the sign of Parkinson.
25.         “…Don’t key-in negative things into your minds. Wrestle not against the Word of God but believe in the Word, act by the Word, live by the Word and you will live a life without regrets.
26.         “…A single decision you take today with all your heart can make a U- turn in your life. It can erase all the sorrows of the past and give you a place among kings.”
27.         “…If you have made a wrong choice, and it has affected you; God has offered you another opportunity because you are not yet dead, you are still living. Take a decision, walk by it and then change your destiny.”
28.         The cloud is here! God really loves us. Put them in remembrance of all these great truths and they will not be rubbishing their time and lives anymore.
29.         Reorder your priorities in life. The stage you have found yourself is so challenging that you should begin now to reorder your priorities in life.”
30.         “…The choice you are making is influenced by what you have seen in the society. You have seen a lot of engineers, a lot of doctors, and other professions. You have seen pilots, you have seen trailer drivers, okada riders, wheelbarrow pushers, you have seen carpenters, cabinet makers, you have seen traders of different types, some are importers, some are exporters, some are clearing and back-forwarding. I say clearing and back-forwarding.” Some are Keke Napep drivers.
31.         “…There are too many professions; you have seen many of them. You have seen prostitution, you have seen restaurants, you have seen hotels, you have seen beer parlours, you have seen local bars, you have seen snacks bars, you have seen every kind of thing.” You have seen violent occupations.
32.         “…Now, have you ever settled down one day to make comparison, so as to determine the choice you will make? What if you want to become the President of Nigeria, and by the way you are behaving, you’re working towards becoming a wheelbarrow pusher or okada rider, do you think you can realize this dream?
33.         This dream can never be realized till eternity. Even if there’s military coup; there can never be military coup that will put okada rider as President.
34.         “…Now, if we are to depend on cabinet makers, how do you think Nigeria will look like, who has ever attained greatness through cabinet making or carpentry work?
35.         “…But even if you are led to choosing it, will you choose it at that elementary level? At least you will choose it at a professional level because the level you joined a business will determine what will come out of it. I don’t know what I am saying, but I believe I am saying something.”
36.          “…Let me tell you, no matter how I love street trading, it can never metamorphose into a warehouse. Street trading is street trading. Hawking is hawking. You cannot be doing this hawking: running after vehicles with bread, with gala, with pure water and expect to build a very nice mansion. Little children take note. How many of you will like to be hawkers.”
37.         What is in one man’s house is equally in another man’s house. What we are saying is everywhere. Allow us to get the impact of this message. If the parents understand, they will use it to teach their children. Is this message preached today? No!
38.         However, if you are asked to raise up your hands and tell us the last time you read this message, you will say it’s been a long time you read it. Some do not know where their own copies are. But today, God has made the message fresh again in us. Now, everybody will go and look for his or her own. If you want to catch a bird, you set the trap early.
39.         “…I am not surprised, if Bro Ben. could come to me, telling me that he wants me to sell his new bus and buy L300 Mitsubishi for him; I said, ‘I will sell long-frame-608 to buy Hiace for you?’ He said yes, that that is what he needs. I said, ‘Didn’t you see it before you bought this one? Okay, go and tell your wife, I will do that.’ And it was parked at Omogba until it was rotten.
40.         “…How many children will like to be a refuse disposer? Then if you don’t want to be a refuse disposer, then you must face your studies.
41.         “…I know what I am suffering in the Civil Service; and every day, I don’t discourage my children from joining Civil Service, but I am encouraging them to join at a level higher than where I joined because the level where you joined will determine the height you will reach.”
42.         “…I have told you, if you do not look forward, you will stop moving forward. The secret of moving forward is looking forward. Bro. Chime is looking forward a little and looking backward too much. He takes much time looking backward and less time looking forward, that is why you don’t know whether you are moving forward or backward.”
43.         “…It is applicable to Bro. Kelechi and Bro. Amankem. It is applicable to Pastor Christian Dike. It is applicable even to Bro. John Chukwunomso.”
44.         “…If you are not careful, you will end it even being ejected from your father’s flat. If you are wise, stay in your father’s flat and build your own house. You have no family house anymore. The one your father built has been confiscated by the first son.
45.         As long as your eldest brother has put a storey or two on top of it, renovated it to his taste, redesigned it, he is saying “bye- bye” to every other person.”
46.         It was this message that drove Chukwunonso out.
47.         “…If you are living in your father’s house, it is not your house, it is a challenge, you are there to stay temporarily and then get your own.” Yes! “Murderers” Killer of persons!
48.         “…But where no choice is made, you are living a plan-less and purposeless life, you have no anchor. A man that has no target will only reach his target at infinity. You do not have any place in mind where you are going; you don’t know when you’ve reached where you are going. A mad man is better than the person.”
49.         Let me tell you what I want to drive at: Many of us today are causing sorrows to our parents instead of bringing joy to them.”
50.          “…If as a result of the type of life we have chosen to live, we are still expecting help from our parents when we should be helping them, we are murderers.”
51.         We are murderers! Any young man that is of age, that ought to be helping the parents financially and otherwise even to take care of their health, instead, the person will be expecting help from the parents, God is saying the person is a murderer! If any of the parents dies, his or her blood is on the person’s head.
52.         Should a man who is qualified to have his goods transported for him in a very big wooden basket suffer himself carrying them repeatedly in a small basket? A man is above placing his corpse in a carton. Young men in this most holy Faith, what are your plans concerning your parents?
53.         Whatever the hand catches gets to the mouth. Where the hand cannot catch anything, it has nothing to offer the mouth. Your parents have been responsible for your upkeep from childhood even up to the age of fifty, sixty years; you still expect them to provide for you; even to give you money for everything.
54.         Your aged mother that is in the village, when she goes out, you enter her house, search everywhere and collect any money she kept! Search your father that is very old and carry his money; at a time you should be supplying their needs, making them feel very comfortable. God is saying that if you indulge in that act, you are a murderer.
55.         Emeka Nwanga, are you taking note? If you don’t understand what we are saying, your uncle will be a better man than you. One whose brother’s corpse was still to be buried and he was busy running round to see whether there was any money realized so that he could take it to buy drinks and transport himself back to his station. What a shameful thing to hear!
56.         Instead of him dropping at least two hundred thousand naira for you people so that you do not die of hunger, he turned round to ask, “How much are you having left? Give me ten thousand, give me five thousand; give me...” But he was giving us the impression that he was the one that took care of the whole expenses. Any way, it is the way of the heathen.
57.         However, what if the heathen is behaving better than you? Your membership in the faith profits you nothing. You were the object of discussion in My house recently.
58.         Elders met more than four times to discuss the possible way forward: “What do we do to salvage this family? Do we help them to go back to the same business? Won’t the people they are owing carry the whole thing? Will they change business? What type of business will they change to? Moreover, who will manage the business?”
59.         A snake appears good and fitting to be used as belt for the waist but who would catch it and hold it in his hand? Yes, if you look at the snake, it looks like the buckle end of a belt, especially that used by women on their waist. The head is like that of a snake; it is dressy but who will catch and hold the snake?
60.         It is good to assist someone to start a business. What we are worried about is: who will be able to control the business more especially where the mother is saying she is tired, that she is not interested. The son is a squanderer—otapiapia. He will just squander it like that! He will squander it and tell us it was before and no longer now.
61.         Yes, when you finish what you have, whatever you are consuming will finish one day. The pot of yam is empty because somebody ate the yam. Whatever is consumed is consumed by somebody.
62.         If you are of the age of adolescence, where you should be taking good care of your parents, and YOU remain a burden to them, God is saying, you are a murderer. If your father or mother dies, their blood is required of you!
63.         If you go to the message God gave us concerning the youths and their development, God said, “A wise youth will think of what he will do to reciprocate the love the parents showered on him. But foolish ones will love to kill them pre-maturely.”
64.         A wise youth passes sleepless nights on what to do to reciprocate and show appreciation for the parental love and care bestowed on him or her by the parents from childhood to adolescence with every necessary support and encouragement. However, a wicked child will devise ways to cause them to die pre-maturely.
65.         Well, how I wish our youths will begin to rethink. Let our youths begin to rethink. I remember the time I told Brother Emeka Nwanga, “My friend, I am talking to you, you will be shaking your head. Don’t worry, who no know go know. If the eye gets blind, the eye-lid will begin to see what the eyes have been seeing. Every man must experience whatever his colleague has experienced”.
66.         When the thing happened, I reminded him of what I told him earlier, “My friend, has My Word not come to pass? The eyes are blind, the eye-lid are now seeing.”
67.         Yes! Even you as a married woman who takes delight in causing your husband sorrow and pain. When your husband is not happy, you will be rejoicing. You do not know that anger can frustrate him to death.
68.         A woman that is in love will always work towards easing the tension and frustration of the man so that he will live long. HOWEVER, a wicked woman will always like to provoke the man to anger every day so that hypertension will kill that man.
69.         the truth is this, you cannot be happier if your husband dies. If you say you are happy, it is temporary happiness, it can never last more than one year. By the time many, many things will begin to work on you, those that comforted you that time will run away for no body will like to bear another man’s responsibility.
70.         If you call him on phone, he will switch off the phone—he will even change his line because of you. If he sees you on the way, he will make a U-Turn and follow another route because he is not ready to entertain your troubles.
71.         A drowning man, does he save a drowning man? Then you will know that harmattan is a cold weather. Then, our warnings will come to pass. One that is going to the market should buy as much as he can carry.
72.         We will continue to talk to see whether those that are wise will hear and understand. An Owerri man said, “These things we are saying, we are saying them for our own good.” These things we are saying, we are saying them for our own good so that we all shall be together in Paradise. Finish! So that we will enter with joy. God is here for the Cloud is here.

Get rid of Lazy Habits and Making the Right Choice in Life”, page 103 verse 16, “Let me explain to you what I am saying: December 27th this year, I will be forty-nine (49 years) proper...”
2.          As at the time I preached this message, but in 27th December 2013, I will be fifty-six years. I was forty-nine years when I handled this message. 2006! Glory be to God in the highest.
3.            “...Someone said, ‘Madness is better in one’s youth.’ It’s better to be mad as a young man or young woman. Then, the question arises: if your father should, after looking at you for a while and curse you in this manner: ‘may your children treat you as you treated me.’ Is it a bad curse?”
4.            Place your parents on pension when they are old. God said, “You are not a pensioner until your children will begin to pay you pension. Place your parents on pension when they are old—both man and woman are involved. If you are a woman that is married, your mother is alive, your father is alive, your husband will help you, give them pension. What kind of pension are you going to give to them?
5.            If you stay a little while, you will carry food stuff to your father because at times your mother might not cook food because she will be wandering from one place to another and the man will be dying of starvation. If you give him money, it is not a crime.
6.            Sometimes, you go home to see whether the man is walking about naked because, it may be that your mother’s wrapper has worn out. You take wrapper to your father so that you will not be ashamed.
7.            When we are talking about pension, it is the responsibility of both the man and woman. For when we talk about it, you will be thinking it is the responsibility of the man alone; the woman is equally involved: “My lord, I want to go and see my mother,” is it a crime? No sir! He will encourage you to go. Finish!
8.            If his parents are important to him, your own parents also are important to you. If you give to one what you gave to the other, he will be happy – what is good for the geese is also good for the gander. If any of them dies, will you sleep? Both left and right hands belong to the couple.
9.            “…If your father should after looking at you for a while and curse you in this manner: ‘may your children treat you as you treated me.’ Is it a bad curse?...”
10.         It is always said by parents. We are here, Elder Mike made this utterance to his children saying, “This thing you people did to me, your children will also do the same to you people. You people will use your eyes to see what you have done to yourselves, publicly in this faith, in this fellowship hall.
11.         If they behaved well, will he talk to them like that? If a little child behaves well, his father will pray for him that “May God bless you and bless your children. That which you have done for me, your children will do the same for you have treated me well.”
12.         if you are privileged to meet your father alive and you benefited from your father’s sweat, and at a very right age as an adult, your father has never for one day received something from your hand that could compel him to ask you to kneel down before him and spread your palms, then he will put his saliva into your palms, bless you and ask you to place it on your head and on your chest, if it has never happened to you, pray that it will happen. Finish!
13.         “…What is the joy that a man has children? Is it not when he is receiving his pension at old age from his children? Every parent should receive pension at old age from his children. Pension is not only for Civil Servants; pension is what your children bring when you are at old age.
14.         The Scripture said, ‘My children do not forsake your parents at old age.” I mean your parents at old age, look after them; for that is their reward from you. But how many are obeying?...”
15.         How many are obeying? A big question! If you want to know whether I am obeying or not, ask Brother Ik Ezindu.
16.         Ceremonial occupations...”
17.         Ceremonial occupations! Please, note it. God is wonderful in all His ways. Look at the sub-headings, see how God divided occupations. Thus, there could be a ceremonial occupations: occupations full of ceremony but no reward. Nothing tangible coming out of them. Occupations to make a name.
18.         “…That is why the Holy Ghost said, ‘You have no right to think of marriage unless you have a visible and viable means of livelihood.”
19.         Have a visible and viable means of livelihood then you can think of marriage.
20.         Watch, do not rush into marriage...”
21.         Watch, do not rush into marriage. Watch! Watch! Watch! Watch very well before you make a leap lest you jump into a pit that is covered with bahama grasses. That is, jumping from a cliff thinking you are landing on a bahama grasses, not knowing that bahama grasses covered a very big pit containing harmful things. You call it carpet grass; students of Agriculture call it “Axonopus fissifolius” As the name sounds, it is like a pillow, it is like a mattress.
22.         You can spread it across a pit. One that is not watchful would jump from a cliff expecting to make a safe landing only to see himself inside a very deep pit. This is what God is using to describe marriage. Watch, before you dabble into it. Pray, watch and investigate.
23.         You are putting your heads where your head will stand and not fall. If you are investigating, investigate very well because, you may not know those that have put their heads there and died. You now went there to deep your head hoping to stand, can’t you see that fear has come? You have to prepare very well. This is the house of truth. Here, we do not pamper truth. No, no, no, no.
24.          “Do you think that God is not wise? He gave us that as our standard; and then banned students from thinking of marriage.”
25.         “…A man never rests until he becomes that which he wants to be. What you want to be is what you must be. That is why; if you have a child that is heading towards prostitution, no matter how you rebuke and flog that child, until she practices prostitution, she will never rest because that is where she is aiming at.”
26.         “…A child may be sent to school without the child realizing the purpose of going to school...”
27.         Pure truth! He will think that his going to school is for his parents. Amen.

I saw some sisters, and I wish to acknowledge that your complaints have been coming to Me. I am in sympathy with you but I am having My fears. Anybody can be given a little ease of life without fear of being abused but not a woman.
2.          When we talk about dressing, dressing, dressing, nobody has ever upset the Elders more than the women. However, our message says, “A virtuous woman filled with the Spirit of God must have a good sense of judgement concerning her dressing.”
3.            Brothers do not upset the Elders with their dressings but sisters do. In addition, some of them are very stubborn and incorrigible—a sure sign that they do not even respect their husbands at home. For a woman that does not respect her husband, any other man means nothing to her as well. That is how we know stubborn women, foolish women. Nevertheless, watch one that respects her husband at home, she treats other men the same.
4.            The wife of Brother Sunday Ugorji, the wife of Brother Stephen’s younger brother and Sister Christian Dike; I am using these three pregnant sisters as example though they abound everywhere.
5.            I am a Father, though I have retired but I know about the discomfort of pregnancy. I know that very, very well. However, I have always been afraid: You make a little allowance because of their horrible conditions, before you know it, a gross abuse will set in. You will see some challenging even the ministers, some will open their mouth to talk recklessly, unguardedly.
6.            I took into consideration the problem you were passing through when you were plaiting your hair. Your hair was just peeling off; many of you were struggling to maintain your hair. It became very boring.
7.            One day, I lifted the burden, gave you a regulation, yet many abused it. I took into consideration too many things. I permitted you, that there is nothing wrong in it, provided you are well covered, in wearing your long skirt, provided they are sewed in a very nice way that will depict women professing godliness.
8.            You see, you started very well but along the way the Devil crept in. Sisters started sewing tight-body cloths, “parcel my buttocks”, “show my breast”. They became competitive. Before we knew it, it changed from “see my back” to “see my breast,”—“Open back”, “open breast.” Is it not true? Didn’t we witness all these things in this fellowship?
9.            I was not pleased with that spirit. I came up and checked it. More so, when I was seeing unnecessary competition between married and unmarried ones to the point that even our unmarried ones were preferring to wear knicker to fellowship all in the name of skirt.
10.         The issue changed from long skirt, overflown to “tight body.” From “tight body” to “mini skirt” until a minister in the pulpit will command a married woman to sit well because she is wearing mini skirt. I frowned at it.
11.         God is God of decency. There are certain things that may be permitted inside the kitchen, inside your parlour, inside your bedroom that can never be admissible in the fellowship. That is why Paul enjoined Timothy to teach the members of the Church on how they should behave themselves in the house of God which is the ground and pillar of truth.
12.         now, from the scriptures you know that our fellowship is our Bethel. our fellowship is the place where God appeared with hosts of angels ascending and descending. our fellowship is the place where we saw the Ladder, that is, God’s entrance to Heaven.
13.         It is from here to glory or from here to hell. HOWEVER, I am not preparing anybody for hell for I DID NOT come from hell. If I came from hell, I would have been a part of the world. This is the only group that is away from all.
14.         Before we knew it, the fashions of the world started enticing our sisters in the plaiting, in weavon, in wig, in every kind of things and making of their dresses, they lost decency in judgement.
15.         Please, if this regulation is abused, I will enforce a more strict law that sisters can hardly surmount. In addition, that law will not be your dressing; it will be your hair. Because I know nothing discomforts a woman more than her hair. If you want to punish a woman, do not punish her in anything, punish her on her hair for that is her god.
16.         God is My witness, I will revert all of you to traditional plaiting. And when you plait, you will leave it open so that I will see it and it will not be Yoruba type or Hausa type, it must be our own, using rope, so that you will begin to suffer that old headache. Any day you finish plaiting, your head will not rest on the pillow. Nobody will touch your hair; the whole vegetable oil will finish on your hair. That is the punishment I will give you.
17.         Concerning your wrapper, I will not allow you to tie anything Ankara or Abada. I will revert all of you to Akwuete, the heavy one. If it is possible, you will make it a uniform. Every Sunday, you will come with it. You carry the full weight of Akwuete.
18.         I am not joking, I am in sympathy with our pregnant sisters, but the Word of God must have its way. The Word of God is God Himself. I am using these sisters as example.
19.         Now, if you are pregnant and your tummy starts protruding, I do not need a prophet to tell Me what you need. Some people were with Me when a sister came to Me with a protruding tummy with what she was putting on that tied her belly. I frowned at it immediately.
20.         I said, “No, do you want to abort this baby? Do not try it, go to Okirika and pick something there. Pick a very nice maternity gown that is light and let it be cotton. Do not pick nylon because nothing causes sweat more than pregnancy”. Immediately, she heaved a sigh of relief.
21.         Sisters please, I do not want you to be discomforted anymore. If you have the money, go to okirika or anywhere or tell your sisters to make one for you. Make your maternity gown.
22.         Note it, if I see any maternity gown that does not cross your knees, that is the end of your coming into the fellowship until the day you will present your baby in the fellowship. In other words, you have excommunicated yourself with your own hands.
23.         There is no way God can take care of your pregnancy while you are excommunicated. Thus, if you must have this maternity gown, let it be maternity gown. It is not to show off, after all, there is no beauty in a pregnant woman anybody will admire. Nobody is interested.
24.         Make your maternity gown so that you will be free and let it cross your knees so that no matter the way your belly is pushing out, your cloth will remain down enough to allow you free movement. I hope you got the message? Thank you!
25.         Let Me not see anything sleeveless maternity gown. I do not want to see anything sleeveless. Whether you are going to make it the short wear or the long wear, the choice depends on you. However, let it not be sleeveless. Have you gotten the message?
26.         Sister Christian Dike, you are the Pastor’s wife. If I do not see others, I will see your own. Bear it in mind. Did I mention any other category of sisters? Pregnant sisters remain the exempted category. No more, no less. If you have a special case, once it comes to My notice, I must know what to do to assist you there, provided you will abide by the rule.
27.         A sister was wearing a high heel shoe, elders frowned at it and I said, “No, she should come in. She has the right to make it as high as the pulpit so that she will be taller than her husband. The height she is, will determine the level of injuries she will sustain when she falls down.”
28.         I appreciate the collective sacrifice we made in erecting the store at the back of the fellowship hall. The same way I appreciate the efforts other local assemblies are making in getting a comfortable place of worship.
29.         Port Harcourt has succeeded in getting a comfortable place. Eha-Amufu has succeeded in regaining their own. Enugu is making sincere efforts, but there is a problem I have noticed among them. Majority of them are living along Emene side and they are insisting that it must be Emene. That is selfishness!
30.         I am saying that it will never be at Emene again. Even if it is given to us free of charge at Emene, we are saying no! Thus, off your eyes and minds from Emene. There was a time we were insisting that it must be Nkpor, God said no that it will be Onitsha this time.
31.         I have directed you, change your direction, go to New Market Area. I believe, if you obey with all your heart, you will come back with a testimony. Move to that side and you will succeed by His grace.
32.         Then, while we are making arrangements for a permanent site in Onitsha, we are having something in mind. If we succeed, the Lord willing, I know we shall succeed.
33.         Do you know that whether you are living in the North or in the South, it must be one fellowship centre? The Son of Man must declare all other centres closed.
34.         It is not for any selfish reasons, no. I know why I said you should be staying here and there and things like that. HOWEVER, once we succeed in our plans, all the nations under the Heavens must worship God in one place whether they like it or not. God will not travel to meet anybody but the people will travel down to where He is.
35.         If He is on the mountain top, they are going there. If you feel it is going to be very cumbersome, it then means the fake church will condemn you.
36.         How many know that the Synagogue of the Nations has no branch? Synagogue of the Nations is located at Oshodi. It has no branch anywhere in the whole world. If you want to see T.B Joshua, you go there. You want to worship in the temple, you go there. People travel from America, from India, everywhere, go there. From Ghana, from Cameroun, they go there.
37.         Where they want to see him privately, it is on invitation. They will invite him as a person like they did it in Ghana where many people died because of the water he was giving to them. They were scrambling for it and they were paying heavily. When they converted the money, the thing amounted to four thousand five hundred naira for a bottle of water. Like Mbaka, who is now selling his own and many others.
38.         Whatever God is using, somebody must impersonate it. What is more, whatever Satan impersonates, money must be attached to it. You do not buy gift of God with money.
39.         Where we read in the scripture, you saw God and Jacob in a very nice encounter. At the end of the day, what happened? Jacob took a bottle of Olive Oil. It is littered everywhere in scriptures: “If one is sick, let him call on the elders, let them anoint him with Olive Oil”.
40.         However, the same Olive Oil God commanded us to be using, the elders used. The devil also noticed it, hence everywhere is now Olive Oil, Olive Oil, Olive Oil. When God uses water, everywhere will be water, water, water.
41.         Well, one is of God, the other is of the Devil. One is used according to God’s command, the other one is used to make money. That Olive Oil, Mbaka sells his own five thousand naira a bottle. One bottle, small bottle of Goya, he will remove the Goya label and put Mbaka, finish. Then the smaller ones, he packaged in small packages one, one thousand naira each.
42.         Do you know how much Mouka is selling ordinary handkerchief and the little nonsense Okada riders are wearing, “the Lords Chosen,” for protection, for this and that? Go and price it and know how much they are selling them. They can hardly give out any sticker free. Deeper Life does not give out free stickers, you must buy stickers, everything buy, buy, buy.
43.         We really thank God for the journey so far. We thank God that He is not charging us anything. You will never enjoy fellowship until you have come together as one.
44.         Let Me tell you what it will look like: if I programme it to be once or twice in a month, it will be a sort of camp meeting. If you know the way you enjoyed camp meeting, see your fellowship that way. Do not ask Me the way it will happen, He will make a way for you.
45.         How many know that Branham Tabernacle had no branch? People travelled thousands of miles to Jeffersonville all to see the Prophet and worship in His Tabernacle. How many know that the Ethiopian Eunuch travelled all the way from Ethiopia en-route Jerusalem?
46.         Because you have not seen your last Pentecost until you have one fellowship with God Himself officiating as your High Priest. I believe that anytime that is achieved, translation becomes the easiest thing. Translation becomes the easiest thing. I will not be thinking about somebody in Nassarawa or Jos or Aba or this because, I am seeing everybody at a glance and they are seeing Me at a glance. I can look around and say, the number is exactly the way I want.
47.         Thus, if you are desiring such a thing, pray for us. You have not seen worship until you are in your own homeland. No matter how you say GTC is good, fine, you are a tenant. I do not care how comfortable the duplex might be, a tenant is a tenant. He has some restrictions. The owner must restrict him from certain things, even visitors that will come, the noise he will make, how many people will sleep in his house at any given time.
48.         Or he will be given a regulation that he will be responsible for clearing toilet because of the numerous people that come to his flat. However, if we are in our own homeland, we can lie down anywhere. Nobody will regulate us. We can even fix our meetings days.
49.         On that day, you will know what I believe about this Sunday worship. For many things we permitted, will be deregulated. I said, deregulated. For everything must be restored to its original position.
50.       On this note, I say remain in your sanctified estate, remain blessed in Him eternally. Amen.
